Understand Presumption, Assumption, Tacit Agreement, Hearsay.   David will help you understand how you are put on the p.a.t.h. from the beginning, he can teach you how the need for efficient public administration can also translate into deceitful intent, unlawful outcomes, and ultimately lawlessness in governance.

L.A.W. Defined

You may hear David say: “What is this thing called L.A.W. (law), and where did it begin? And how is it that a small group of men and women can write something down on a piece of paper and hold me a man (or woman) accountable to it?” David teaches that the L.A.W. is an acronym for Land, Air and Water jurisdictions. This originates in the holy scriptures in Genesis 1:26 where God tells Man to take to dominion over the land, air and water, this has all been adopted by the Roman Global Estate and its Public Charitable Trust.

Navigate the Land-Air-Water Jurisdictions

A judge wears several hats under Roman equity. Namely Land, Air and Water. He first looks for the trust; is it implied or express? Then he looks for titles, and lastly contracts. So if you want to navigate the L.A.W. then David will explain why you will want to clean up your duties and obligations in the Roman Global Estate and Public Charitable Trust, then learn about the express unincorporated trust you should have for taking dominion over the Air jurisdiction, then understand the land patents and other titles for dominion over your land jurisdiction, and lastly the contracts and copyrights you need for dominion over your water jurisdiction. When you have all of this settled, then the judge has nothing to settle on your behalf with the state administrators. There is no controversy in any jurisdiction remaining.

State National Passport

When the unincorporated “The United States of America” was created there were state nationals who became state citizens when running their land jurisdiction governance. You can find the federal obligation to recognize the state national in the immigration and naturalization section of the United States Code at 8 USC 1101(a)(21). Today nearly everyone has been moved, coerced or deceived into waiving that state national status and instead claiming to be a U.S. citizen. Traveling Lawfully

David can help you understand that there is a difference between traveling lawfully in your car or truck, and driving legally in your registered motor vehicle. One is an unalienable right, the other is a regulated activity considered a privilege granted by the state. You can find the federal law which defines this and makes it crystal clear for you at 18 USC 31 (a)(6) and (a)(10).

Affidavit Process

When you are interacting with someone who is being dishonorable (going to silence when they have a duty to respond, or arguing when they have a duty to perform, etc…) one of the most powerful tools to settle this dishonor out of court is the verified affidavit of fact. David can teach you what the important elements are, how to create the affidavit, how to serve the affidavit, how to follow up, how to give notice of dishonor, how to create the judgement (contract) and how to publish and enforce it.

Drafting Court Documents

All of David’s attendees will receive his package of documents. These documents can be a great resource for learning about court documents. David can discuss some of these documents during his 3 events, further clarifying his effective methods of protecting rights, so that when it comes time for you to draft your own documents and defend against trespass and injury, you will have those items to refer to and decide upon.

Understanding Birth Certificates

The Birth Certificates are the foundation of the global fiat currency and national debt financial system. Learn what they are, how they came about, and what they are being used for. It may very well not be what you think. There is something we would all like to be doing with them, instead of having someone else doing that for their own self-interest, and David can be very helpful and clarifying all of this.

Banking and Social Security Issues

When it comes to banking, taxes, and other duties and obligations regarding legal tender cashflow, the social security number is a primary contract to agencies enforcing against you. David can teach you about his God Trust and how he has a bank account for it without a social security number. The banking industry is obligated to ask for a social security number, but you are not obligated to provide one. It’s in the federal United States Code.

David can help expand on the importance of lawful assembly, and lawful local governance as a cure to the commercial over-reach into unalienable, God-given, Constitutionally protected rights, titles and interests.

Rescissions of Signatures for Mistake

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Many of us have heard it. But when the color of law becomes as complex as it has, then all of  us ignore at least some of it. No one knows all of the color of law. So when you learn that you have made a mistake and obligated yourself to a foreign pledge or foreign contract within a foreign jurisdiction which does not require full disclosure, or other lawful elements of a contract, then its the equitable right of rescission which allows you to extinguish those foreign pledges and contracts honorably. If you seek equity, you must do equity, and in order to do equity you must come with clean hands. Rescission gives you the opportunity to extinguish those errors without dishonoring them as many of us do.

Revoking Power of Attorney

When it comes time for you to control your own titles, you will need to revoke any power of attorney that you may have unwittingly granted to agencies along the way. David can be helpful in explaining how that is done effectively.

Public Servant Felonies

Since today’s government operates almost entirely under color of law, and with a minimum of training given to public servants/agents about the Constitution, their fiduciary duty to the intended beneficiaries, and how to best identify state nationals and state citizens, and differentiate them from U.S. citizens, David has found over 100 felonies that public servants/agents commit every day which he can discuss with you.

When in Court

When you are in court, contracting is going on with nearly every sentence. Those who are not experienced being in court on their own will have challenges staying out of new contracts, and standing on their own or defending their rights honorably.
